Since 2013 Kinetic has supported young learners through The National Apprenticeship Scheme and Work Experience Programs.

This program offers young learners the opportunity of on the job training to gain qualifications and experience.

Our apprenticeships range from office based learning in CAD Design, Engineering, Administration, Project Management and Business Management to factory based learning in Furniture Manufacture.

Kinetic have worked with further education colleges across the UK to deliver the most appropriate and effective courses for its young learners and will continue to help promote this alternative route into employment.

“After graduating from Hull University in 2020 I was eager to test what I had learned at university in the real world, Kinetic Laboratories not only allowed me to utilise my skills but still continue to teach me knew ones. The project manager role allows you to see every project you take part in progress from client discussion at the start to client feedback at the very end. As much as I have learned new skills including CNC programming, my biggest takeaway from this job has got to be the experience handling large projects. It has opened my eyes to a whole career in the construction project management industry.
