We are delighted to announce that we have continued to improve our client feedback score, for the fourth year running!

How our client feedback score has changed:

  • 2015/16 - 9.1/10
  • 2016/17 - 9.2/10
  • 2017/18 - 9.3/10
  • 2018/19 - 9.5/10

We are absolutely delighted that we have improved our feedback score for the fourth year in a row, which is a testament to hard work our team all contribute to make our business a success.

There have been a number of factors which have led to our score increasing for the fourth year in a row, one of which being the fact that feedback volume has increased. The changing standards associated with ISO:9001-2015 puts a greater onus on gathering feedback from interested parties.

Over the past 5 years we have also been focused on our internal operations, and this feedback has been imperative to ensuring the company continues to be progressive and forward thinking.

All clients are asked to provide feedback and this open communication between parties has helped to achieve growing client retention rates.

Our clients particularly praise our responsiveness, value for money, communication, being amenable to tight timescales, product quality and competence, and our ever growing portfolio of clients has really shown how much hard work and dedication has been given by the team here at Kinetic Laboratories.

We are extremely proud of the quality of our products and the services we have to offer, and look forward to further improving our customer feedback score in years to come.
